↪️Instructions↩️☑️ 1.First open the sealing cover of the exhaust nozzle and suction nozzle, then plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch of the vacuum pump, and then you can test the machine.
☑️2.There is pressure in the air-conditioning system, and a suitable recovery device must be selected according to the system pressure to ensure system safety, energy conservation and environmental protection.
☑️3.Make sure that the product is started under no load, and then put into work (when starting with pressure, the product will protect the shutdown).
☑️4.when pressure is applied to the air conditioning system, (note: do not block the suction port, and do not remove the supporting safety valve, otherwise the equipment damage caused by overpressure or the personnel, industry, and factory will not be responsible), connect the yellow hose to for air conditioning systems with valves, connect the blue hose to the exhaust port,
press the switch down (i), run the air pump, check that there is no leakage at the connection part, and the pressure of the system pressure gauge gradually rises when it reaches the required level. When the pressure is under pressure, especially when the pressure reaches the relief valve action and exhaust, immediately turn off the vacuum pump switch, and at the same time close the valve on the system's intake pipeline. (As shown in figure 1)
☑️5.when vacuuming the air conditioning system, (note: do not block the suction port, and do not remove the supporting safety valve, other- wise the equipment damage caused by overpressure or the personnel, industry, and the factory are not responsible) connect the yellow hose to for air-conditioning systems with valves, connect the blue hose to the suction port,
press the switch to the [1] position, run the air pump, check that there is no leakage at the connection part, and the pressure of the system vacuum gauge will gradually drop, when it reaches the required pressure at the same time, especially when the pressure reaches the relief valve action to exhaust, immediately turn off the vacuum pump switch, and close the valve on the system's intake pipeline at the same time. (As shown in figure 2)
