Difference
1The item actually does not have a top and is made like a belt around the box spring. Our bed skirt have multi ruffles but not so many layers of ruffles, so it's more elegant.
2 We used brushed microfiber to product it, so we have confidence in quality.

4 It was stitched by tight elastic for one inch, which protect you to use a long time.
5 It fits easily and hangs nicely. There are the two bottom corners and the top elastic runs from one top of mattress corner to the other. There is no skirt fabric at the top of the bed by the side of the wall, it just slips around the entire mattress. Very easy to put on. One person can easily do it.
