NPK 12-12-17 fertilizer should be applied at a rate of 250-400 kg/ha for vegetables, 300-500 kg/ha for fruits and trees, or 25-30 g/m² for lawns during early growth or before flowering stages. For enhanced results, mix with soil amendments or Humic acid (1-2 liters/ha) before application. After spreading the fertilizer either by broadcasting or side dressing, water the area thoroughly to aid nutrient absorption, and reapply every 4-6 weeks depending on plant requirements and soil conditions
