Gab Plastic Labneh Maker is a practical kit that will help you turn your yoghurt into Labneh without a mess or prepare cheese. This kitchen set contains: a cylindrical container, a cover that fits perfectly on the container with a removable center making it easier to check on the process evolution, and a special cloth bag for labneh. Yoghurt capacity: 1.5 liters BPA-Free.
GAB Plastic Labneh Maker is suitable for goat and cow milk labneh. Steps to prepare labneh: Poor yoghurt (laban) inside the cloth bag (around 1.5 kg of yogurt or less) and season with some salt. Cover the container and place in the fridge for 24 hours. Visit after 24 hours to empty excess water that has accumulated at the bottom. Leave in the fridge until desired creamy texture is reached. Pour the cream (Labneh) from the cloth bag into a container and keep refrigerated.
