Born in South Africa but brought up in Britain, Michelle qualified as a medical doctor at University College London. During her medical studies, she completed a BSc in Nutrition from King's College London as well as an elective in Gastroenterology at the Whittington Hospital. Her focus is not just helping people with diet and overall wellbeing but, as a doctor, with related medical conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.
