The Medicarn Door Bar Pull Up Gym has central, close grip handels that allow you to position your hands to face each other as you pull, isolating and exercising the muscles within the middle of your back that help build size, fitness and strength while conditioning the primary muscles responsible for keeping the spine erect for better all-day posture. Nothing on the market offers this variety of hand positions for a more thorough back workout that's never boring. The Medicarn Door Bar Pull Up Gym also allows you to do deep push-ups by placing it on the floor giving exercise to most area's of the body from your legs, abs, shoulders and arms, The Medicarn Door Bar Pull Up Gym is designed to fit almost any residental inside door frame from 24 to 32 and supports up to 300lbs. for your extra safety fixing bracket included. As the door bar as side grips for extra positions the door frame you choose will need a foot either side. These instructions were kindly posted by a customer who thought they would be easier to understand: You'll need to have the instruction leaflet handy, so you get the parts the right way round etc. The nuts are self-locking so you will need to give the screwdriver a bit of a firm turn to get them started. 1. Take the two pieces with the sharp curve and push them into the appropriate slightly-curved bars (you can see which ones in the instruction leaflet). Line up the holes and put a bolt though these and through the single long bar. Don't tighten them up so much that you can't wiggle them about. 2. Take out the rectangular bar and bolt on to the construction in 1. Tighten. 3. Tighten the bolts in 1. 4. Bend each sharp-curved bar so that the unbolted holes line up with those in the long bar, then bolt together. Tighten. 5. Bolt on and tighten the final short bars. You may want to put a bit of padding where the bar touches the door frame to stop the paintwork getting damaged. This is a good solid bar. Worth the money.
