Vegetable tanning, hand cutting, hand polished brass fittings, small group production, hand rubbing and waxing each bag till they glow are the norm at Hidesign. A leader in the research and use of vegetable tanned leathers, Hidesign has constantly strived to reinvent age-old crafts that are disappearing in a highly industrialized world. With an international design team based out of Paris, London and Pondicherry, Hidesign is committed to designing leather accessories that are one of a kind.	Vegetable Tanning Hidesign has preserved the age-old tradition of vegetable tanning leathers that adds a soft glow to them. Our leathers are full grain (they have not been corrected to hide defects) have minimal colour or pigments to cover the leather’s natural beauty.
