The Bosch GMS120 Digital Multi Scanner can detect objects made of steel or copper that are embedded up to 121mm or 51mm deep, respectively. It can even detect non-ferrous metal objects that are up to 79.4mm deep, as well as wooden objects that are up to 38.1mm deep. The hole above the screen can be used to mark the exact location these hidden objects.
