Measures Approximately: Lid Width: 9-7/8 inches / Bottom Mounting Lip: 8-1/4 inches / Distance between screw holes: 9-1/4 inches / Height: 3/4 inch ~ Backside of lid measures 8-3/8 inches 8.375 or 212.725mm across from the inside mounting lip. Please see picture 5 for measurements.
