DIGITAL COOKING PROBE: The leave-in Digital Cooking Probe continuously monitors your food’s temperature as it cooks, so you don’t have to. Simply select a cooking function and food type from preset options. Choose your desired outcome from Rare to Well Done and cook your food with the probe in place. When the grill beeps, take your food out to rest – the digital display timer indicates when it’s ready to serve.

NO FLIP GRILLING: Cyclonic Air Technology cooks food quickly and evenly on all sides, from fresh or frozen. A powerful fan circulates temperatures up to 260°C around food for even cooking and all-around searing. Precisely controlled grill plate cooking temperature delivers an authentic chargrilled finish using little or no added oil. Low, Medium, High and Max settings.
