Please install the AiDot app at your first using, go to "Light length Adjust" under the app's "Device Settings" and make sure the length is set appropriately with your TV.
Note: TV Stick/Streaming Media Players(e.g. Roku, Switch, etc.) is required to use the Screen Sync function. The built-in app of the smart TV cannot read the data and cannot sync the same screen to led backlights.
