"Mowgli is the main character in a book by the British author Rudyard Kipling entitled The Jungle Book. He is an infant who gets lost in one of the forests of India and is raised by a tribe of wolves. Baloo the bear also teaches him and teaches him wise lessons, while Bagheera the cheetah teaches him how to live in the jungle."
This story is world-famous and is used by scouts around the world to introduce scouting to children, giving them the opportunity to be part of a small group “the herd” to help them understand social life. Through this herd life, children are able to understand the importance of law and moral independence.
