High Waisted: Surprisingly, I did not have to struggle to get them on or keep them on. The high waist holds you in and the thickness is good, fit enough, fully covered, soft and smooth, and lightweight, but I feel very warm in them. For the price the quality is amazing, I feel like I stole them! Will be buying another color pack!
